Warranty-Backed Landscaping for Rexburg Homes & Businesses

A well-planned landscape should fit the way you want your property to look, function, and feel. That may mean creating an outdoor gathering area, improving walkways and planting beds, simplifying maintenance, or coordinating several upgrades across the property.

We provide landscape design, hardscaping, softscaping, lawn care, irrigation, and seasonal property care for residential and commercial clients. Each project is tailored to the property rather than built around a standard package.

How a Landscaping Project Comes Together

Planning begins with the property’s layout, sun exposure, drainage, traffic patterns, existing vegetation, intended use, and maintenance needs. These factors help determine whether the project calls for a new design, targeted improvements, recurring care, or a combination of services.

Landscape Design Based on Property Use

Design choices should reflect how people move through and use the outdoor area. Lawns, planting beds, gathering spaces, walkways, and irrigation components can be arranged around practical needs as well as visual preferences.

Hardscaping & Softscaping

Hardscaping adds constructed features that define and organize outdoor areas. Softscaping brings in the living elements that add color, texture, shade, and seasonal interest.

Depending on the project, improvements may include:

Constructed features: Patios, paths, retaining walls, and defined gathering areas
Living features: Turf, trees, shrubs, flowers, and planting beds
Watering systems: Irrigation installation, adjustment, or upkeep
Finishing work: Mulching, edging, and seasonal cleanup

Ongoing Landscape Maintenance

Maintenance depends on the property, plantings, and desired appearance. Recurring care may cover mowing and edging, tree and shrub care, weed management, irrigation upkeep, mulching, and seasonal cleanup.

Landscaping for Homes & Businesses in Rexburg

We handle projects of different sizes, from focused improvements to broader plans that coordinate several outdoor services. Each service can stand alone or be combined with related work based on the property’s needs.

Available landscaping services may include:

Landscape design: Planning outdoor layouts, features, and planting areas
Hardscaping: Adding constructed elements that shape usable outdoor space
Softscaping: Installing and caring for lawns, trees, shrubs, and planting beds
Property care: Lawn care, irrigation, mulching, and tree and shrub care
Seasonal services: Preparing and maintaining outdoor areas as property needs change

We can also coordinate separate outdoor services such as pest control and snow and ice management. The recommended scope depends on the property, the work requested, and whether ongoing care is needed.

What Should Your Landscaping Plan Cover?

The right scope depends on the property’s current condition, intended use, and long-term care requirements. Before selecting materials or plantings, determine whether you need a new design, improvements to existing features, recurring maintenance, or several coordinated services.

Consider these points during planning:

Intended use: Outdoor entertaining, curb appeal, recreation, customer access, or routine property upkeep
Existing conditions: Current vegetation, drainage, sun exposure, irrigation, and traffic patterns
Maintenance expectations: The time and level of recurring care the landscape may require
Materials and plantings: Preferred hardscape materials, lawn areas, trees, shrubs, and planting beds
Access and timing: Site access, work sequence, and seasonal scheduling considerations

Residential plans often prioritize outdoor enjoyment, curb appeal, gathering areas, and manageable plant care. Commercial properties may require greater emphasis on consistent upkeep, customer and employee access, appearance, and coordination between services.

A consultation should clarify the existing conditions, desired result, materials or plantings, work sequence, maintenance responsibilities, and timing before work begins.
